Kitchen Politics

Working in an office isn't always laughs and rainbows. Every office has one, that ONE WEIRD GUY that everybody avoids because it's just awkward and uncomfortable to be in the same space as him. But you want to be nice to him because more than likely, he's the guy to come in to work the next day with a Sig Sauer and raise hell. Yeah, be nice to that guy. And then there's that person whose laugh is so notorious you can recognize it from the other side of the building. While cute and funny at first begins to grind on your nerves when every time the wind changes directions they let out a nerve-wrenching cackle of amusement.

And THEN there are the funny quirks. While annoying to some, absolutely amusing to others, like myself. More than likely your office has a kitchen and more than likely you run into full grown adults acting like starving college kids hoarding their precious leftovers.

The best is when you can capture these moments.



While these aren't actual photos from MY OFFICE, they do still exist and never fail to amuse. I'm glad that my office doesn't necessarily deal with these extremes, but it's funny to imagine if we had the nerve, the signs that we would post. More than likely, mine would say something about REMOVING your gross unused food from the refrigerator so my gag reflexes aren't tested every time I go for a snack. But for now, I just sit back and smile at the silliness that is human nature and be glad that I have a job...
